Price depends on the project type and its size. Higher-grade homeowners (reliable, ready to hire) cost a bit more; lower-graded leads are discounted and only go to pros who choose "accept all".

Shown first and labeled Featured for your trade and town. Max 2 per trade and town. Includes 3 leads a month. Featured never replaces fair matching: every request also goes to at least one non-featured pro when one is available, and reviews are never affected by payment.

Pro Terms (draft)

• Each request goes to at most 3 pros.
• You pay the listed price from your credit balance only when a lead is delivered to you.
• Bad leads (fake info, wrong trade or area, duplicate, unreachable after 3 tries) can be flagged within 7 days for a credit back after review.
• Daily cap: 3 leads by default; you can change it or pause.
• Unused credits can be refunded on request. Featured is month to month.
• Homeowner grades are private. Never share or contact homeowners for anything other than their job.
